LISTENING CIRCLES RESOURCE HUB (LICENSED ACCESS)Â
How to plan, run, and report on Listening Circles with cultural safety and sensitivity
Designing and delivering Listening Circles across a project team can quickly become complex — especially when multiple stakeholders are involved, timelines are tight, and expectations around cultural sensitivity are high.
This Resource Hub gives your team structured, practical guidance to design, facilitate, and report on Listening Circles with clarity and confidence — without having to build everything from scratch.
Craig Shim, Intercultural Business Consultant, Alphacrane Intercultural Specialists
Â
What This Gives You:
Instead of relying on ad hoc approaches or inconsistent facilitation styles, your team will work from a shared structure — ensuring your Listening Circles are:
- Clearly aligned to your project objectives
- Designed to generate meaningful, usable insights
- Facilitated with cultural sensitivity and psychological safety
- Translated into actionable recommendations for your organisation
Â
What's Included:
Structured, on-demand access to a comprehensive set of tools, templates, and guidance to support your Listening Circles from planning through to reporting.
Content is organised so different team members can focus on what’s relevant to their role (e.g. project design, facilitation, or report-writing).
The Resource Hub includes:
- Step-by-step guidance across the full Listening Circles lifecycle — from project setup and crafting discussion questions through to facilitation and final reporting
- Practical tips, templates, and frameworks to support planning, discussion design, facilitation, and documentation
- Detailed facilitation guidance for managing sensitive topics, encouraging balanced participation, and maintaining cultural sensitivity and psychological safety
- Sample question formats and examples to support effective, inclusive discussion prompts
- Guidance on capturing insights and translating them into clear, actionable recommendations
- Short video walkthroughs explaining key concepts, common pitfalls, and practical application
Access and usage:
- 3 months access from commencement
- Up to 15 user licenses within your organisation, with flexibility to allocate and rotate access across project team members and facilitators over the course of your project
- Additional user licences available on request at an additional cost
Â
ÂHow Your Team Will Use This:
Different team members can access the Resource Hub based on their role and stage of the project.
For example:
- Project leads can use the planning frameworks to define purpose, scope, and stakeholder groups
- Facilitators can focus on discussion design, facilitation techniques, and managing group dynamics
- Report writers and stakeholders can access guidance on capturing insights and translating them into recommendations
This allows your team to work efficiently, without needing to sit through content that isn’t relevant to their role.
Â
Additional Coaching Support Options:
While the Resource Hub provides structured guidance and tools for your team to work independently, some projects benefit from targeted coaching support at key stages.
Additional coaching sessions can be arranged to:
- Review your Listening Circle design and provide feedback before launch
- Refine discussion questions to ensure they generate meaningful, usable insights
- Support facilitators in preparing for sensitive or complex group dynamics
- Sense-check emerging insights and how they are being interpreted
- Validate your approach to reporting and recommendations
Coaching is delivered in 90-minute virtual sessions and can be tailored to your project needs.
Available as 2, 4, or 6-session packages. Click here for details.
