When you’re trying to be more relatable to your customers, clients and colleagues from different cultural backgrounds, be aware of the size of the gap between you and the other person on the cultural dimension of TRUST.

Also keep in mind other cultural differences that influence our decision of whether we feel someone is relatable or not.
