Working with Craig Shim has been the highlight of our transition to Australia. Despite difficulties with other aspects of the move, we always looked forward to meeting with Craig.
He shared many useful situations and how to address differences we might encounter. This has made me more self-aware of my perspective and better prepared to adjust to Australian living.
Nicole, Senior Director Global Trade Architecture (USA)

Â
Craig – Thanks so much! Your intercultural business coaching was insightful, and I’m certain it will set us up for a great engagement with our Australian counterparts. Super helpful.
Claire, Learning & Development Specialist (From USA to Australia)

Â
Craig helped me better understand the key themes that might be driving behavior of several difficult situations I've been experiencing. The more I understand the culture, the better I've been able to navigate them.
Craig was very patient and understanding with me. He catered each session based on what I expressed as my interest and was expert enough to pivot mid-session to address real life issues at work.
Trade and Investment Commissioner (Indonesia)

Â
The coaching was very comprehensive and informative.  The presentations were useful in framing my thinking around the differences in Indonesian/Australian culture. I also really liked how Craig tailored his presentation to our needs, including through using the pre-session survey.
Rachael, Organisational Development & Diversity Manager (Australia)

Â
We all really enjoyed our intercultural coaching session. It certainly kickstarted a lot of ideas for many of the initiatives that we have. It also highlighted the importance of taking time to pause and reflect on our approach, rather than just the transactional interactions to move through priorities.
