HOW TO APPLY CULTURAL INSIGHTS IN STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT AND ORGANISATIONAL SUPPORT

_

Success in Asia-related work often depends less on technical expertise and more on understanding how cultural expectations shape decisions and relationships.

As a qualified intercultural consultant, I’ll guide you through a practical small-group coaching program (maximum 15 participants) that combines proven frameworks with your real-world challenges, applying insights across government functions — from policy and program delivery to corporate and support services.

Over four weeks, you’ll test strategies on your own challenges, learn from peers in your cohort, strengthen collaboration, minimise misunderstandings, and achieve more effective outcomes in your agency’s Asia-related work.

We already had operations in the region, but knew we needed to go beyond surface-level cultural awareness. Craig’s training helped us understand the mindset behind how decisions are made, how trust is built, and how long-term relationships are nurtured. It’s reshaped how we approach business development.
